News Media Pushes Flu Fear, Doctors Push Poison.

It's that time of year again, when the mind-control media begins pushing flu fear porn. The media collects billions of dollars in advertising revenue from pharmaceutical companies, so it's in their best interest to hype up diseases of all kinds along with the potions they claim will cure us. Wait, did I say "cure"? Maybe I should have picked a different word, since the medical establishment has shifted to a model where they only treat symptoms and manage diseases. It's far more profitable than actually making us healthy.

In addition to being great for business, fear is also a tactic of social control, used daily by government entities to steer the public wherever they want us to go. With national debts rising all over the world to unsustainable levels and programs such as Social Security, Medicare, and national healthcare all facing critical funding shortages, we now hear more and more politicians and so-called "thought leaders" pushing the concepts of depopulation and government-assisted suicide. The ruling elite and the supporters of the climate change cult have also advanced the idea that there are too many people on the planet and that billions of us need to be eliminated. Considering the proven dangers of vaccines, now would probably be a good time to avoid them altogether; are they being administered for our benefit, or is there a darker agenda? Are the news media and the medical industry unwitting partners in a program to cull humanity to what some consider to be sustainable levels? The possibility certainly exists, and with that in mind we should be cautious about what we allow to be injected into our bodies. Now is not the time for blind trust.

Here are several examples of the fear porn I found on just a handful of news sites within the state of North Carolina. Had I expanded my search nationwide I'm sure I would have found hundreds of other examples with many of the headlines repeated across multiple sites. It's the "mockingbird media" in full view, as only a handful of international corporations own all the media companies in the world, feeding us a carefully curated mix of truth, half-truths, and misinformation to limit our knowledge and our understanding of what's really happening around us.

In the stories above, we're told there's some kind of "super flu" rising across the US. But it's a complete lie, as no virus has ever been scientifically proven to spread any contagion from person to person. Researchers have actively tried to make people sick with the particles that some claim are flu viruses, going as far as swabbing mucous from the noses of sick people to the noses of well people, and none of the recipients of the mucous came down with the flu. The same methods, among others, have been tried with the common cold, but researchers have been unable to spread colds from one person to another even when test subjects were repeatedly sneezed upon by others with active symptoms. Simply put, there were no viruses being spread in any sort of contagion. So what are vaccines being used for? What possible benefit could they have other than to the people selling them? 

This is not to say that people aren't getting sick, but we need to step back, breathe, and consider other possibilities. And those other possibilities may not require dangerous interventions at the point of a syringe needle.

But regardless of the cause, when people get sick they want to feel better as quickly as possible, and natural remedies can take time to work. So what are doctors in the unnatural healthcare system recommending to their patients who are experiencing flu-like symptoms?

The CDC recommends these four drugs: Tamiflu, Xofluza, Relenza, and Rapivab. But despite their high costs, studies show that these medications only help you recover one day faster from the flu, a result so poor it could be attributed to the placebo effect. Even more important, all of these medications are effective only if they are taken within the first two days of having symptoms. Even then, how effective are they? What percentage of patients receive any benefit at all? Drug makers aren't releasing the data, so it's probably safe to say that these drugs don't work for the majority of the people who take them. And they all have potentially serious side effects that could affect you. These include seizures, hallucinations, sudden confusion, delirium, and anaphylactic shock. 

Health officials also recommend flu vaccines which they claim will protect you from the flu, but even in a good year these injections are only 30% effective using Big Pharma's own biased data. For the 2025/2026 season, research has shown that the vaccines actually have negative efficacy, making you 27% more likely to get sick than if you took nothing at all. Flu vaccines have been known to cause serious health issues, including hives, vomiting, shoulder injuries, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and anaphylactic shock.

To summarize all of this is, yes, people do get sick with something, but there's no evidence that a virus can be blamed. Yet despite this, health officials push vaccines that can cause deadly reactions and chronic health conditions while offering no protection against the thing they claim the vaccines protect you from, and then they try to treat you with expensive, useless drugs that can make you sicker than you were before. If this is healthcare, I'm opting out.

Instead, I'm ignoring the fearmongering from the news media and I'm focusing on my overall wellness. I avoid stress as much as possible, I drink a variety of herbal teas, I get sunlight every day, and I supplement with vitamin d, vitamin c, multi-minerals, quercetin, magnesium, and black seed oil. My water is double filtered and I don't consume any toxins such as prescription drugs and alcohol. But don't automatically copy me; do your own research and develop your own plan based on your unique health situation.

Most of all, block out the fear. Happiness may be the best medicine of all.

Notes From Clown World: December 26, 2025.

It's been a while since I posted the last "Notes From Clown World". So much has happened in 2025 that I couldn't keep up with it all. And much of it was so toxic I chose to pivot away from my blog for a while rather than examine the ugliness that seems to be everywhere now. But with Christmas behind me I had a quiet night to scroll through the news and a few hundred posts on Telegram, and here's some of the madness that I found:

The Jeffrey Epstein scandal continues to dominate the news. I find it all very interesting but at the same time I don't expect the crime syndicate controlling our federal government to actually open up the files and disclose the truth. President Trump and his lap-girl Pam Bondi are still dancing around the subject, claiming they have the files, then saying there are no files, and finishing with "it's a scam from the Democrats". Although some files have now been released to the public, what we've been given are photos with no context and documents that are almost completely blacked out.

Epstein was obviously a bad character, most likely working for Mossad and the CIA, and his operation trapped hundreds of politicians, corporate leaders, and celebrities in a web of pedophilia, sex trafficking, sick rituals, and the lust for power, and the web was enforced by blackmail and extortion. We don't know the names of every person involved, but some have speculated that the operation was so large and included so many famous people that the truth could bring down governments and institutions. 

Was Trump involved in the crimes, or is he merely protecting the system that allowed it all to happen? Obviously I can't say yet, but Trump's behavior, especially his hateful comments toward Thomas Massie, does nothing to support his case. The more he talks, the guiltier he looks. 

What makes it all worse is the delusional behavior on social media, with the MAGA cult siding with Trump no matter what evidence is produced, and the radical left refusing to believe that any Democrat could possibly be a part of the scandal. 

Clown world indeed.

Gangsta's be rollin'.

In addition to the Epstein scandal, it's not looking good for Trump with reference to his numerous pardons. Geopolitics Prime recently reported on how several of his pardons were for people connected to what some call the "Jewish Mafia":

Got 20 years, but pardoned by Trump in late 2020 on the recommendation of Jared Kushner and the Chabad-Lubavitch movement-linked Aleph Institute. Rearrested for domestic violence in late 2024. Case dropped a month later.

🔴 Sholam Weiss: Racketeer, money launderer and wire fraudster who siphoned $450M from the National Heritage Life Insurance Company in the 90s. Slapped with an 845-year prison sentence, which he tried to evade by fleeing to Europe.

Pardoned by Trump in 2021. Also linked to Chabad.

🔴 Salomon Melgen: Got 17 years in prison in 2017 over a $42M fraud scheme involving unnecessary eye surgeries using Medicare. Sentence commuted by Trump in 2021, even though Melgen was a Democrat megadonor.

Pardon lobbied for by the Aleph Institute.

🔴 Daniela Gozes-Wagner: convicted on a $50M fraud scheme in 2017, sentenced to 10 years. Trump commuted her sentence in 2020.

Why? You guessed it, Aleph Institute lobbying.

🔴 Eliyahu Weinstein: Convicted to 24 years for real estate fraud targeting his own Orthodox Jewish community in Lakewood, NJ. Sentence commuted by Trump in 2021. Weinstein immediately returned to fraud, this time involving medical supplies. Handed a new 37-year sentence in November 2025.

Will he be freed again? Watch this space.

WaPo (Washington Post) says 27 of the 238 people granted clemency by Trump 1.0 were linked to the Aleph Institute, its Tzedek Association sister agency, and other lobbyists working with them.

Finally for this installment of Clown World, I found this article about chemtrails published in Rolling Stone magazine. Rolling Stone used to be focused on the music industry, but these days it's more of a leftist-flavored propaganda site owned by the ruling elite. The article is behind a paywall, and I'm not willing to pay for garbage, but the cover image gives you a pretty good idea of what they're trying to convince us of. 

Obviously your first question should be, "why is a music magazine talking about chemtrails?". 

Chemtrails, also called "geoengineering", have gone from being a fringe conspiracy theory to accepted fact, with extensive research proving that something other than contrails are being sprayed out of aircraft on an almost daily basis. It's actually funny, in a tragic sort of way, that anyone could look up and see all the narrow white streaks crisscrossing the sky that expand into wide bands and later become a blanket of gray clouds as far as one can see, and think, "that's totally normal". 

I don't claim to know what the purpose of the chemtrail program is. It could be a mad attempt to block the sun and cool the planet, or it could be the poisoning of humanity to create disease and cull the population. Or maybe it's something else entirely. But whatever it is, Rolling Stone doesn't want you to think about it too much. Just accept what they say and go back to sleep.

As we close out 2025 I implore all of you to stay vigilant, informed, and energized. 2026 is predicted to be even more chaotic as the ruling elites try to hide their crimes and tighten their grip on humanity.

We're rapidly becoming inhabitants of a global slave colony and no one is coming to save us. It's up to us to stop the mad men in their tracks, bring them to justice, and restore our God-given freedom.

Urgent Message From Dr Mike Yeadon.

Flu vaccines cannot protect against flu because the entire model is false. You don’t “catch the flu”, you develop it. There is no scientific evidence for the existence of “flu viruses” (or any other kind of virus). Oh, and NEVER roll up your sleeve and NEVER permit anyone to inject your babies & children with anything described as a vaccine. These are backed with enormous amounts of resource, punishing professionals who even dare ask questions about their efficacy or safety, and smears members of the public for asking questions, too. No other product of the pharmaceutical industry is defended so zealously as are vaccines. There’s a very good reason for that stark contrast, which is itself a powerful clue that they’re not what they claim to be. The rate of chronic illness in people who received “the vaccine schedule” in the USA, now amounting to more than 70 injections from day of birth to late teens, is markedly inferior to the unvaccinated. At least seven properly conducted comparisons make this abundantly clear. Again, it’s not a subtle difference. These injections injure & occasionally kill people and they’re intended to do so.

As a former pharma industry executive and later, consultant to dozens of biotechs, someone who founded & led a biotech then acquired by the largest pharmaceutical company, and having a training in toxicology and a PhD in respiratory pharmacology, I am amply qualified to have arrived at these judgments. I have been speaking out for 5 1/2 years because this is merely part of an insidious control agenda, which is right now moving into a critical phase: installation of dynamic, biometric digital ID. The perpetrators are counting on your passivity and reluctance to challenge orthodox or even ask questions. 

Ignore this at your peril.

There is still time to defeat the perpetrators plans by not remaining passive, refusing to be silent and denying them your consent to anything to do with identification. You can already identify yourself as needed. It’s the perpetrators who absolutely must have this new dynamic, digital ID system in place, in order to control everything you do as well as to coerce you into doing things you know are against your interests. 

There are no limits to what these people will do. Be vigilant and confident that you’re on the right side of history.

Spraying Resumes Over Central North Carolina.

After chemtrails became a talking point across America, it seemed like the spraying slowed down or stopped in North Carolina. I actually saw many days with clear blue skies. But I also saw even more days with huge puffy white clouds that seemed out of place in the summer sky. Something about them didn't seem natural. Equally unnatural were the frequent storms and resulting flooding that we saw throughout the spring and summer. And I couldn't help but wonder if the spraying was still happening, hidden above the clouds.

In any event, we had a few days of cloudless blue skies this week and right on cue, the chemtrails airplanes emerged from their hangars and began pumping out poison onto the innocent, unsuspecting people and animals living below. The three photos above are from Sunday, September 21 2025 north of Winston Salem NC. As bad as it looks, it's mild compared to what I saw a year ago, September 2024 (image below) in the same general location:

Despite the passing of state laws in some states banning chemtrails and increased pressure from the public, whoever is authorizing the spraying seems determined to continue, regardless of the law and regardless of the toxic effects the spraying may have on the environment.

Unfortunately it's unlikely we'll learn the truth about it all because we're governed by what is effectively a division of a global crime cartel that rules the world as if it owns it.

And most of us, sadly, are too sedated and apathetic to do anything about it.

The Endless Betrayals By Donald Trump.

It seems like only yesterday when Donald Trump won the 2024 election in a major victory against his intellectually challenged opponent, Kamala Harris. Granted, Harris was probably the weakest candidate the Democrats could have forced upon us, but after four years of disastrous policies, assorted scandals, and mumbled speeches that made no sense, voters in America were desperate for change. They were desperate enough to give Trump another chance to "Make America Great Again", having failed at it horribly the first time around.

I clearly remember Trump's first term. I remember making excuses for him as promises went unkept. Like many others, I blamed the Democrats for sabotaging the MAGA agenda. There's no doubt that endless investigations and two impeachments interfered with Trump's ability to focus on what his supporters expected him to focus on. But as time went by, I began to wonder if there was more to it. On some things, it seemed as if Trump was purposely derailing progress while his most loyal fans in the alternative media claimed that it wasn't Trump's fault but rather the fault of the people he was hiring. We were led to believe that the most powerful man in the world couldn't make a good hiring decision, and then couldn't correct that decision when things went wrong. Eventually the narrative shifted even more and the alt media tried to convince us that nothing was Trump's fault. He was becoming our orange messiah, and to question him or his failures became a sacrilegious act.

By mid 2020, I still had doubts about Trump's authenticity and abilities, but compared to Joe Biden, the choice at the ballot box was easy. I felt that with Trump at least we had a chance of moving forward. With Biden, we faced four years of left-leaning incompetence (and that's exactly what we got).

After hearing several of Trump's speeches and interviews between 2020 and 2024, I became even more concerned him. His positions were changing, and his demeanor was hardening. As election day neared, I agonized over what I should do. Voting for Harris was out of the question, but could I vote for Trump again? After much thought and meditation, my conscience wouldn't let me vote for either candidate. I had reached the point where choosing the lesser of two evils was no longer an option. I stayed home on election day, and eight months later I don't regret it all.

Why? Because Donald Trump has betrayed us. In his first months in office, he has made several decisions that are the opposite of what he promised to do. It feels as if one man was elected but another man occupies the White House. Trump has taken actions that put Americans at risk, places the interests of foreign nations ahead of our own, reduces our freedom, interferes with justice, and denigrates the pain experienced by victims of child trafficking and rape.

Mr Trump has revealed his true nature, and it has nothing to do with "Making America Great Again". Let's take a look at his worst offenses:

In 2020 during the COVID psychological operation disguised as a pandemic, President Trump announced vaccines based on new mRNA technology would be fast-tracked through development so we could all get jabbed and our lives could go back to normal. What he didn't tell us is that the vaccines he was talking about had been created by the Department of Defense long before the pandemic was announced. In fact, they were created before anyone in the world was publicly talking about COVID at all. According to pharmaceutical company whistleblowers, Pfizer and Moderna manufactured the vaccines under contract from the DoD, and they had full immunity from liability in the event the jabs injured or killed people.

Unfortunately, the vaccines injured and killed a lot of people. Some researchers estimate millions worldwide have died from COVID vaccine injuries, and many more have chronic illnesses or disabilities. But Trump doesn't seem to care. In fact, he has bragged about his involvement with the vaccine's creation and has repeatedly said they are great products, while failing to acknowledge the pain, suffering, and deaths they have caused.

In December 2021 Trump said, "I came up with a vaccine, with three vaccines, all are very, very good," referring to the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson shots. (J&J eventually ended production) But Trump didn't come up with anything. He was nothing but the salesman, the huckster who convinced us to let an untested potion be injected into our arms.

And in January 2023, he said, "Some reports [say] that it's the greatest thing that's ever happened and we saved tens of millions of lives. Then you'll read other reports [that] say there were some problems with the vaccine...but relatively small numbers. Without the vaccines you would have had a thing...where perhaps 100 million people died."

That entire statement is a lie. There is no proof the vaccines saved "tens of millions of lives", and the "problems" were not "relatively small numbers". The problems were huge, and continue to this day. There's also no proof that 100 million people would have died had the vaccines not been available. In fact, we now know that the majority of the deaths blamed on COVID were due to dangerous hospital protocols mandated by Anthony Fauci's NIH. And even five years later, the virus said to cause COVID, SARS-Cov-2, has still not been isolated and proven to actually exist other than as a computer model. The public has essentially been taking risky injections to protect them from an imaginary virus.

Despite what we now know, Donald Trump still stands by "his" vaccines. And now in his second term, his toxic jabs are still on the market, causing more harm and ending far too many lives.

Trump apparently feels no remorse.

On January 6, 2020, a massive "election fraud" protest was held in Washington DC. Trump told his followers to meet him at the Capitol, and they did. Trump, however, stayed in the White House. Thousands of people gathered at the Capitol, and the crowd was intentionally agitated by both FBI agents and members of ANTIFA dressed in civilian clothes, many wearing red MAGA hats. The protesters were urged to enter the building. Videos show Capitol Police officers opening doors for some of the protesters and even giving some people tours. But as often happens with large crowds, violence broke out and some people were hurt. The corrupt news media, which is basically the propaganda arm of government intelligence agencies, reported to the world that an "insurrection" had taken place and that everyone involved must be arrested. Over the next four years, the Biden administration went on a witch hunt and rounded up 1575 people who were arrested and sent to a federal gulag with inhumane conditions. Those arrested spent years in damp jail cells, often in solitary confinement, while awaiting their trials. Many were beaten and tortured by federal prison guards. It was absolutely shameful how the prisoners were treated, and American leftists cheered it on.

But how is January 6 a betrayal by Donald Trump?

He could have preemptively pardoned everyone present at the protest before any formal charges were even filed. These were his people, his supporters. They were in DC that day because Trump asked them to come. And when things went wrong, he turned his back on all of them and left town for Mar-a-Lago, his presidency over.

To his credit, once back in office he did issue pardons to all those still imprisoned, but by then, many were emotionally damaged and some had committed suicide.

On Saturday, June 21 2025, Donald Trump ordered the illegal bombing of a sovereign nation that the United States was not at war with. The mission, dubbed "Operation Midnight Hammer," involved attacks on three of Iran's nuclear research sites. Trump had made wild claims, apparently based on false information from Israel's government, that Iran was close to possessing nuclear bombs that would soon be used against the Zionist nation. Israel's leader, Benjamin Netanyahu, has been making dishonest claims about Iran's nuclear program for decades, and Trump decided to believe those claims over the intel coming from his own team.

The attack on Iran could have easily led to a major regional conflict if not World War 3, but Trump didn't seem concerned about it at all. And if the "bunker buster" bombs used against two of the research sites had been successful, a massive radiation leak could have been the tragic result. But again, Trump didn't seem concerned at all. Luckily for us, the leaders of Iran are more level-headed and restrained than either Netanyahu or Trump, so war was averted.

The main job of the president is to protect us from harm. Trump's reckless actions in Iran put all of us at risk, and his ongoing support of the genocide in Gaza dramatically increases the terror threat within the United States. But Trump seems more concerned with the safety of Israel than of his own country. This is a major betrayal of our trust, but the worst is still to come.

As working-class Americans struggle with rising food prices and unaffordable housing costs, in addition to taxes and endless government fees, Trump has delivered - to Israel. In an apparent bait and switch maneuver, MAGA has turned into MIGA: Make Israel Great Again. A shockingly high percentage of Trump's efforts in his second term has been dedicated to Israel. He has endorsed censorship of speech that criticizes Israel, and has even threatened to deport US citizens who dare to speak up about Israel's immoral genocide in Gaza. He has continued to send weapons to Israel to help keep the genocide going. And he's sent cash - a lot of cash - that could have been better used right here in the United States. There doesn't seem to be a limit to what he's willing to do for Israel, which could be related to the millions of dollars he's accepted from Zionist Miriam Adelson and The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). It's a "pay for play" White House now, and if you don't have big money to buy influence, you simply don't matter.

AIPAC has given $230,473,622 to Donald Trump according to Track AIPAC.

One of Trump's campaign promises was to bring Robert F Kennedy Jr into his cabinet to launch the "MAHA" (Make America Healthy Again) initiative. Those of us who had followed Kennedy's work at Children's Health Defense were expecting huge changes in the way the government handled health issues, even with Trump's horrific history of pushing the COVID "vaccines". It didn't take long for disappointment to set in. The majority of what Kennedy has been able to accomplish involves getting synthetic dyes out of processed foods and shaking up the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) at the CDC. But by his own admission the goal of restaffing the committee was to restore "public trust in vaccines", not to reveal how useless and dangerous they are. 

We're still living with the PREP (Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness) act declaration for COVID-19, which gives liability protections for certain COVID countermeasure activities through 2029. Kennedy could end it immediately if he wanted to, or perhaps I should say, if he was allowed to by his boss. But it remains in place for the benefit of Big Pharma and to the detriment of everyone else. A new COVID vaccine from Moderna, "Spikevax" has just been approved for children despite them being at little to no risk from COVID and despite the well-documented dangers associated with all COVID vaccines. These injections have been the most dangerous medical interventions the world has ever seen, but with Trump in the White House, there's little chance the death jabs will be going away.

I don't place all the blame for the lack of progress at HHS and the CDC on Kennedy. I sincerely believe he had good intentions going in, but he's not being allowed to do his job.

But it's not just Kennedy. Today we learned that Trump's EPA is going to court to make sure the IQ-lowering neurotoxin, fluoride, remains in the drinking water of as many Americans as possible. When you combine this news with the disappointments of MAHA, we can't ignore that the man above it all is the president.

And finally, possibly the worst betrayal of all. After years of hearing about Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged empire of child trafficking and blackmail, we're now being told to forget about it. Books have been written about Epstein and how he was said to have video taped politicians and celebrities having sex with children, likely on behalf of the CIA and Mossad, to create "control files".

Control files are often used to command loyalty and obedience from the people who manage government, sit in the courts, lead enterprises and direct financial transactions." The evidence against Epstein is substantial, and it suggests that some of the most well-known and important people in the world had gotten caught up in his web of depravity. For years, Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr, and even J.D. Vance have talked about Epstein and how important it is that all the evidence be investigated and released to the public.

It was a big deal. It's STILL a big deal. If the allegations are true, then intelligence agencies run by the United States federal government and the Israeli government (and possibly others) were working with Epstein, a Mossad operative, to influence legislation and finances on a global scale. And hundreds if not thousands of children were molested or raped to keep the operation running.

But now, Trump is trying to bury the whole sordid affair. A Department of Justice investigation has strangely concluded that there are no Epstein files, there is no evidence. Trump has even bizarrely pushed the notion that it was all a hoax by Democrats and the left.

He recently said:

"Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?"

"This guy's been talked about for years. You're asking.… We have Texas, we have this, we have all of the things. And are people are still talking about this guy, this creep?" Trump asked. "That is unbelievable."

"I mean, I can't believe you're asking a question on Jeffrey Epstein," Trump continued. "At a time like this, where we're having some of the greatest success and also tragedy with what happened in Texas. It just seems like a desecration."

Why are we giving publicity to Files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden Administration, who conned the World with the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, 51 ‘Intelligence’ Agents, THE LAPTOP FROM HELL,’ and more? They created the Epstein Files, just like they created the FAKE Hillary Clinton/Christopher Steele Dossier that they used on me, and now my so-called ‘friends’ are playing right into their hands,” Trump wrote in the post.

When the public didn't bow down to his bullying and rants, Trump became a bit unhinged and attacked his own MAGA base, saying that if you're still talking about Epstein, he no longer wants your support. He now calls this scandal the "Jeffrey Epstein Hoax", which is a tragic slap in the face of all the victims who have come forward to describe the abuse they suffered on Epstein Island being pimped out to royalty, members of Congress, and Hollywood elites.

Trump has had a few successes in his second term, most notably being the closing of the southern border and the deportation of illegal immigrants. And cutting the size of the government is always a good thing. But he's also been an agent of chaos, continuing old wars, starting new wars, and flip-flopping on the tariffs. It often seems he's not even the same president that he was in his first term, like an actor playing a new role.

But the bottom line is, as this article has laid out, Donald Trump has betrayed us in the past and he continues to betray us now. The fact that he's done a few good things doesn't override the bad. The bad stuff he's done is really bad; immoral, actually. To ignore it and give him a pass is like saying a serial killer is a good guy because he does volunteer work when he isn't chopping up bodies.

Anyone who still supports Trump and makes excuses for his behavior is, at this point, complicit in his crimes and condoning immorality. If we are to survive as a nation, we must hold our elected officials and ourselves to a higher standard. What we're doing now is simply not sustainable.
